BACK 2 EDEN,
LLC ("B2E")
TERMS OF SERVICE

Last Updated: September 25, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, member network, church and ministry tools, calendars, events, communications, subscriptions, content, and other products and services provided by Back 2 Eden, LLC, a Missouri limited liability company doing business as Eden Network (“Eden Network,” “Eden,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collectively referred to as the “Services.”

Please read these Terms carefully.

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Eden Network Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.

1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to create or maintain an Eden Network account or use account-based Services.

By creating an account or using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into these Terms.

If you use Eden Network on behalf of a church, ministry, nonprofit organization, business, or other entity, you also represent that you have authority to act on behalf of that organization with respect to your use of the Services.

We may suspend or terminate an account if we reasonably determine that the eligibility requirements in this section have not been met.

2. EDEN NETWORK SERVICES

Eden Network provides technology designed to help churches, ministries, organizations, leaders, members, and communities connect, communicate, organize, and participate.

Depending on availability, account type, subscription level, or permissions, the Services may include:

  • user and member accounts;

  • personal profiles;

  • church and ministry profiles;

  • church and ministry membership;

  • member directories;

  • calendars and events;

  • scheduling and organizational tools;

  • ministry management;

  • announcements and communications;

  • event registration;

  • administrative tools;

  • subscription-based features;

  • community features;

  • content publishing; and

  • other products, services, or features introduced from time to time.

The availability of a feature does not guarantee that the feature will remain available permanently or in its current form.

We may improve, modify, add, remove, or discontinue features as Eden Network develops.

3. YOUR EDEN NETWORK ACCOUNT

Certain features require an Eden Network account.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating and maintaining your account and to update information when reasonably necessary.

You are responsible for:

  • protecting your account credentials;

  • maintaining the confidentiality of your password;

  • activity occurring through your account;

  • using reasonable safeguards to prevent unauthorized access; and

  • promptly notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised.

  •

You may not:

  • impersonate another person;

  • impersonate an organization;

  • create an account using information you are not authorized to use;

  • transfer or sell your account without authorization;

  • intentionally provide materially false account information; or

  • attempt to gain access to another person's account.

  •

Contact support@edennetwork.co promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. CHURCH, MINISTRY, AND ORGANIZATION ACCOUNTS

Eden Network may permit churches, ministries, and other organizations to establish a presence or use organizational features within the Services.

Organizations may designate users for different roles or permissions, including administrators, leaders, staff members, volunteers, or members.

Depending on the Services available, authorized administrators may be able to:

  • manage an organization's profile;

  • manage members;

  • assign roles and permissions;

  • create or manage ministries;

  • create, edit, or remove events;

  • manage organizational information;

  • communicate with members; and

  • access other administrative features.

Each organization is responsible for deciding who should receive administrative privileges and for promptly removing privileges that are no longer appropriate.

Organizational Authority

A person who creates, claims, administers, or manages an organization through Eden Network represents that they have appropriate authority to do so.

Eden Network is not responsible for internal disputes involving:

  • church leadership;

  • ministry leadership;

  • organizational control;

  • employment;

  • membership;

  • volunteer status;

  • theological or doctrinal disagreements; or

  • authority over an organizational account.

If control of an organizational account is disputed, we may temporarily restrict administrative actions while we reasonably investigate the dispute.

We may request documentation or other information reasonably necessary to determine who is authorized to administer the account.

5. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAID SERVICES

Certain Eden Network Services may require payment or a recurring subscription.

The applicable price, billing frequency, included features, and other material purchase terms will be presented at or before purchase.

By purchasing a paid subscription, you authorize Eden Network and its applicable payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for the amounts disclosed at checkout.

Automatic Renewal

If you purchase a subscription identified at checkout as automatically renewing, your subscription will continue for successive billing periods until canceled.

Unless otherwise disclosed at purchase, the applicable subscription fee will be charged at the beginning of each renewal period using the payment method associated with your purchase.

By starting an automatically renewing subscription, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel the subscription.

Cancellation

You may cancel an automatically renewing subscription through any cancellation method made available through your Eden Network account or by contacting:

support@edennetwork.co

Cancellation stops future renewals after the cancellation becomes effective.

Unless otherwise stated at purchase or required by applicable law, cancellation does not retroactively refund charges for a billing period that has already begun, and access to paid features may continue through the remainder of the paid subscription period.

Price Changes

We may change subscription prices from time to time.

If a price change affects an existing automatically renewing subscription, we will provide advance notice where required by applicable law.

The new price will apply to a subsequent renewal after any legally required notice period.

You may cancel the subscription before the new price takes effect.

Failed Payments

If an authorized payment cannot be completed, we may:

  • request updated payment information;

  • retry the payment where permitted;

  • restrict access to paid features;

  • suspend the applicable subscription; or

  • cancel the subscription.

You remain responsible for amounts validly incurred before cancellation or termination.

6. REFUNDS

Unless a different refund policy is expressly presented at the time of purchase, payments are non-refundable after the applicable paid service or subscription period has begun, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

If Eden Network issues a refund or credit in a particular circumstance, doing so does not require us to provide the same refund or credit in another circumstance.

Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Questions regarding billing or refunds may be directed to support@edennetwork.co.

7. PAYMENT PROCESSING

Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors available through the Services.

Payment processors may collect and process payment-card or financial information according to their own terms and privacy practices.

Eden Network may receive transaction information such as:

  • purchaser name;

  • transaction amount;

  • transaction date;

  • payment status;

  • subscription status;

  • transaction identifiers; and

  • limited information concerning the payment method.

By submitting a payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

You are responsible for keeping billing information accurate and current.

8. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree to use Eden Network lawfully and responsibly.

You may not use the Services to:

  • violate applicable law or regulation;

  • commit or facilitate fraud;

  • impersonate another person or organization;

  • obtain unauthorized access to an account, network, system, or information;

  • introduce viruses, malware, malicious code, or harmful technology;

  • disrupt or materially interfere with the operation or security of Eden Network;

  • circumvent access controls or security measures;

  • scrape, harvest, extract, or systematically collect information without authorization;

  • send spam or unauthorized bulk communications;

  • threaten, harass, stalk, exploit, or abuse another person;

  • facilitate unlawful discrimination;

  • exploit or endanger a minor;

  • distribute unlawful defamatory material;

  • violate another person's intellectual-property rights;

  • violate another person's privacy or publicity rights;

  • disclose another person's highly sensitive personal information without appropriate authority;

  • use automated systems in a manner that materially burdens or disrupts the Services;

  • attempt to reverse engineer protected portions of the Services except where such restriction is prohibited by law; or

  • encourage or assist another person in engaging in prohibited conduct.

We may investigate suspected violations and take reasonable action to protect Eden Network, our users, participating organizations, and others.

9. COMMUNITY AND FAITH-BASED CONTENT

Eden Network is designed in part to serve churches, ministries, faith communities, and related organizations.

Users may encounter religious beliefs, teachings, practices, theological perspectives, opinions, and other faith-related content submitted by independent organizations and users.

Unless content is expressly identified as an official statement of Eden Network, content submitted by a church, ministry, leader, member, or other user represents the views of the person or organization providing it.

The presence of a church, ministry, organization, event, user, or piece of content on Eden Network does not necessarily constitute endorsement by Eden Network.

Participating churches and ministries remain responsible for their own:

  • doctrine;

  • theology;

  • teaching;

  • leadership;

  • governance;

  • ministry practices;

  • pastoral decisions;

  • employment decisions;

  • volunteer decisions;

  • communications; and

  • activities.

10. USER CONTENT

“User Content” means information, text, photographs, images, event information, announcements, profiles, messages, documents, or other material that a user or organization submits, uploads, publishes, transmits, or otherwise makes available through the Services.

Ownership

You retain whatever ownership rights you otherwise hold in your User Content.

Eden Network does not obtain ownership of your User Content merely because you submit it through the Services.

License to Operate the Services

By submitting User Content, you grant Back 2 Eden, LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, display, format, and otherwise use that User Content as reasonably necessary to:

  • provide the Services;

  • display the content to its intended audience;

  • maintain the Services;

  • secure the Services;

  • troubleshoot technical problems; and

  • operate functionality you request.

This license does not transfer ownership of your User Content to Eden Network.

Your Responsibility for Content

You represent that you have the rights, permissions, and authority reasonably necessary to submit your User Content and permit its use as described in these Terms.

You remain responsible for your User Content.

11. INFORMATION AND CONTENT CONCERNING OTHER PEOPLE

You may submit information, photographs, or other content concerning another person only when you have appropriate authority or another lawful basis to do so.

Churches, ministries, and organizations are responsible for obtaining permissions or consents required for information they submit concerning:

  • members;

  • leaders;

  • employees;

  • volunteers;

  • event participants;

  • children or minors; or

  • other individuals.

Exercise particular care before submitting sensitive information concerning another person.

12. CONTENT MODERATION

Eden Network may, but is not obligated to, monitor or review all User Content before it appears on the Services.

We reserve the right to restrict access to, remove, preserve, or disable content when we reasonably believe doing so is necessary to:

  • enforce these Terms;

  • comply with applicable law;

  • respond to valid legal process;

  • investigate suspected fraud or abuse;

  • protect another person's rights;

  • protect users;

  • address security threats;

  • prevent material harm; or

  • protect the integrity of Eden Network.

A decision not to remove particular content does not constitute Eden Network's endorsement of that content.

13. EVENTS AND ACTIVITIES

Eden Network may allow churches, ministries, organizations, or users to create, publish, promote, or manage events.

Unless Eden Network expressly identifies itself as the organizer of a particular event, Eden Network provides technology for the event and is not the organizer, sponsor, operator, supervisor, or host of independently organized events.

The applicable organizer is responsible for matters including:

  • accuracy of event information;

  • scheduling;

  • venue selection;

  • accessibility;

  • supervision;

  • participant safety;

  • permissions;

  • transportation;

  • cancellations;

  • event-specific policies;

  • refunds associated with the event, where applicable; and

  • compliance with applicable laws.

Participation in an independently organized event is a matter between the participant and the applicable organizer.

14. MINORS

Eden Network accounts are limited to individuals who are at least 18 years old.

An authorized adult, church, ministry, or organization may nevertheless use certain Services in connection with activities involving minors.

Any person or organization submitting information concerning minors is responsible for:

  • having appropriate authority to provide the information;

  • obtaining legally required parental or guardian consent;

  • maintaining appropriate safeguarding practices; and

  • complying with laws applicable to the organization's activities.

Eden Network is not a substitute for an organization's child-safety, background-check, supervision, reporting, or safeguarding procedures.

15. SENSITIVE AND CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION

Eden Network provides general community, organizational, and ministry technology.

Unless we expressly state that a particular feature is designed for a specific category of regulated or highly sensitive information, you should not use Eden Network as the primary repository for:

  • Social Security numbers;

  • complete financial account credentials;

  • detailed medical records;

  • confidential counseling records;

  • confidential pastoral counseling records;

  • safeguarding investigation files;

  • abuse investigation records; or

  • other information requiring specialized regulatory or security controls.

Churches and organizations are responsible for determining whether their intended use of Eden Network is appropriate for information subject to specialized legal or regulatory requirements.

16. COMMUNICATIONS

By creating an Eden Network account, you understand that we may send communications reasonably necessary to operate the Services.

These may include:

  • account notices;

  • authentication or security messages;

  • billing notices;

  • subscription notices;

  • transaction confirmations;

  • service announcements;

  • administrative communications; and

  • other non-promotional communications related to your account or use of the Services.

Where permitted by law, we may also send newsletters, product announcements, community updates, or promotional communications.

Eligible promotional email communications will include an unsubscribe mechanism.

Unsubscribing from promotional communications does not prevent necessary transactional, account, billing, security, or service-related communications.

17. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Eden Network may use, integrate with, or link to services operated by third parties.

These may include:

  • website infrastructure;

  • payment processing;

  • communications;

  • maps;

  • video services;

  • social platforms;

  • authentication services; and

  • other technology providers.

Your use of an independent third-party service may be governed by that provider's terms and privacy practices.

Eden Network is not responsible for independent third-party services that we do not control.

18. EDEN NETWORK INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Services and Eden Network's proprietary materials—including software, branding, logos, graphics, interfaces, designs, documentation, and original content—are owned by or licensed to Back 2 Eden, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Except as expressly authorized by Eden Network or permitted by law, you may not:

  • reproduce;

  • distribute;

  • sell;

  • sublicense;

  • modify;

  • create derivative works from;

  • publicly exploit;

  • reverse engineer; or

  • commercially use

Eden Network proprietary materials.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of Eden Network intellectual property to you.

19. COPYRIGHT COMPLAINTS

Eden Network respects intellectual-property rights.

If you believe content available through the Services infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to enforce, contact us at:

support@edennetwork.co

Please include enough information for us to reasonably identify:

  • the copyrighted work;

  • the allegedly infringing material;

  • where the material appears on Eden Network;

  • your contact information;

  • your basis for claiming infringement; and

  • any other information reasonably necessary for us to evaluate the notice.

Where applicable, Eden Network may establish additional procedures for notices submitted under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

20. PRIVACY

Our collection, use, disclosure, and protection of personal information is described in the Eden Network Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy is incorporated into your relationship with the Services as applicable.

21. NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

Eden Network provides technology, community, organizational, informational, and ministry-related Services.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Eden Network does not provide:

  • legal advice;

  • medical advice;

  • mental-health diagnosis or treatment;

  • financial advice;

  • tax advice; or

  • other licensed professional services.

Information available through Eden Network should not be treated as a substitute for advice from an appropriately qualified professional when professional advice is needed.

Religious, theological, ministry, pastoral, or similar content submitted by independent churches, ministries, leaders, or users is the responsibility of the person or organization providing it.

22. EMERGENCIES

Eden Network is not an emergency service.

Do not rely on Eden Network messages, community posts, prayer requests, events, notifications, or other features to obtain emergency assistance.

If you or another person is experiencing an emergency or immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency service or local authority.

23. SERVICE AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES

We work to maintain reliable Services, but no online service can be guaranteed to operate without interruption.

The Services may occasionally be unavailable because of:

  • maintenance;

  • upgrades;

  • technical problems;

  • third-party outages;

  • security incidents;

  • internet or infrastructure failures; or

  • circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We may modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue features.

If a material change substantially affects an existing paid Service, we will provide notice where reasonably appropriate or required by law.

24. BETA, PREVIEW, AND NEW FEATURES

Eden Network may occasionally provide beta, preview, experimental, or early-access features.

Such features may:

  • contain errors;

  • change substantially;

  • have limited functionality; or

  • be discontinued.

Additional terms may apply to certain experimental features.

25. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

You may stop using Eden Network at any time.

You may also request account closure through available account functionality or by contacting support@edennetwork.co.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account or access to particular Services when we reasonably determine that action is necessary because of:

  • a material violation of these Terms;

  • fraud;

  • unlawful activity;

  • abusive activity;

  • security threats;

  • unauthorized access;

  • nonpayment;

  • material risk to another user or organization; or

  • a legal requirement.

Where circumstances reasonably permit, we may provide notice or an opportunity to address a violation before termination.

We may act without advance notice when immediate action is reasonably necessary to protect users, the Services, another person's rights, or security.

Termination does not eliminate payment obligations validly incurred before termination.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective, including provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, and disputes.

26. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EDEN NETWORK AND THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

BACK 2 EDEN, LLC DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND OTHER WARRANTIES THAT MAY LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • THE SERVICES WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE;

  • THE SERVICES WILL BE COMPLETELY ERROR-FREE;

  • THE SERVICES WILL BE COMPLETELY SECURE;

  • EVERY DEFECT WILL BE CORRECTED; OR

  • INFORMATION PROVIDED BY USERS, ORGANIZATIONS, OR THIRD PARTIES WILL ALWAYS BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS. IN THOSE JURISDICTIONS, THESE DISCLAIMERS APPLY ONLY TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

27. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BACK 2 EDEN, LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF BACK 2 EDEN, LLC ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

(A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO EDEN NETWORK DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR

(B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

THE LIMITATIONS IN THIS SECTION APPLY ONLY TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

28. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by law, if you use Eden Network on behalf of a church, ministry, nonprofit, business, or other organization, that organization agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Back 2 Eden, LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from:

  • the organization's User Content;

  • information the organization submitted without appropriate authority;

  • the organization's unlawful use of the Services;

  • the organization's material violation of these Terms; or

  • the organization's violation of another person's rights.

This provision does not require indemnification for liability that applicable law does not permit Eden Network to shift to another party.

29. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services will be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent applicable law requires otherwise.

30. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND VENUE

Before filing a lawsuit arising from these Terms or the Services, you and Eden Network agree to make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally.

A person seeking to raise a dispute with Eden Network should send written notice to:

support@edennetwork.co

The notice should reasonably describe the nature of the dispute and the requested resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, and unless applicable law requires otherwise, any judicial proceeding arising from these Terms or the Services shall be brought in a state or federal court with appropriate jurisdiction in Missouri.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking temporary, emergency, or injunctive relief where reasonably necessary to protect legal rights, security, confidential information, intellectual property, or persons from immediate harm.

31. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms as Eden Network evolves or as legal, operational, or technological requirements change.

When we update these Terms, we will revise the “Last Updated” date.

If we make a material change, we may provide additional notice where appropriate or required by law.

Where applicable law requires affirmative consent to a change, we will request that consent.

Otherwise, continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

32. GENERAL TERMS

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Eden Network Privacy Policy and any additional terms expressly presented for a particular Service or purchase, constitute the agreement governing your use of the Services.

Severability

If a provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.

No Waiver

Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our consent where consent may lawfully be required.

Back 2 Eden, LLC may transfer its rights or obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, sale of assets, or similar transaction.

No Third-Party Beneficiaries

Unless expressly stated otherwise, these Terms do not create rights for third-party beneficiaries.

Electronic Communications

You agree that notices and communications relating to the Services may be provided electronically where permitted by law.
